Dear Sister,

 

I want to tell you something: you are beautiful.

 

You are important.

You are heard.

You are respected.

You are beautiful.

You are precious.

You are filled with grace.

You are worthwhile.

You are rocking being you.

You are unique.

You are so funny.

You are cute.

You are sassy.

You are filled with gifts.

You are capable.

You are strong.

You are intelligent.

You are virtuous.

You are a good friend.

You are a good wife.

You are a good Mom.

You are a good sister.

You are a good daughter.

You are good.

You are so good.

You can do the thing you are dreaming of.

You can grow.

You can change.

You can believe.

You can blossom.

You can say no.

You can change your mind.

You can say yes.

You can prioritize.

You can end that chapter.

You can start a new one.

You can start a whole new book.

You can be yourself.

You can laugh.

You can cry.

You can do both at the same time.

You can laugh until it hurts…or you pee…whatever comes first.

You can cry because you are filled with incredible joy.

You can cry because you are devastated.

You can hug.

You can kiss.

You can snuggle.

You can trust.

You can have self-control.

You can make that dream come true.

You can finish what you started.

You can start something new.

You can change your perspective.

You can hold onto your values.

You can live those values.

You can be more.

You can be less.

You can be you.

You can be.

You can.

You.
